You can ask what Tipuna Studio holds about you, and ask us to delete it, within ten working days.

This page covers one thing only: how a visitor or a past client gets a copy of their own inquiry data, or has it removed, from a small Austin, Texas studio that never had more than a handful of systems to search in the first place.

The request, at a glance

Applies to inquiry, booking and chat records only
What you can ask for
A copy of the name, phone number, email address, mailing or shoot address, and any notes you sent us through an inquiry form or the chat widget, or the deletion of that same record.
Who holds it
Tipuna Studio directly. There is no marketing agency, call centre or franchise network sitting between you and the studio.
Where it is processed
On the servers behind this website and in the studio's own email and booking notes, both based in the United States.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and booking records for six years, matching ordinary bookkeeping practice. Chat transcripts for twelve months unless a booking followed, in which case they move into the booking record.
Who else can see it
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads if a campaign is active, see aggregate and anonymised measurement data tied to ad clicks, never your name or the content of a message. No one else.
How you get a copy or deletion
Write to the address or email below, or use the short form on this page. We reply directly, by email or phone, with the copy or with confirmation that the record is gone.
Reply window
Ten working days from the day the request arrives, the same figure the studio uses for gallery delivery.
Who to write to
Tipuna Studio, 127 Cedar Court, Austin, Texas 78904, or office@tipunaqe.com, or by phone at +1 (809) 555-7404.

This studio is one photographer and one small booking system, not a data broker. If you booked a personal portrait, business portrait or location series session and want to know exactly what we still have on file, that is a five-minute lookup on our end, not a legal process.

What counts as your data here

Tipuna Studio is a one-person practice. The only records that exist are the ones a visitor volunteers: the inquiry form fields on the portrait page, the business portrait page, the location series page, the contact page and the session builder, plus anything typed into the chat widget in the corner of every page. There is no account system, no password, and no profile built up over multiple visits beyond what those forms capture.

A request can ask for any of the following, separately or together: a plain-text copy of everything tied to your name, phone number or email; correction of a detail that's wrong, most often a misspelled address or an old phone number; or full deletion, which removes the inquiry from our booking notes and from the small database behind this site. Deletion does not reach into a completed job's invoice trail if bookkeeping law requires we keep it — we will tell you plainly if that applies rather than pretend the record vanished.

What we check before we act

We confirm the request came from the person named in the record, usually by replying to the email address already on file or calling the phone number already on file. We do not ask for a government ID or a fee. If a request arrives from an address we have no record of, we say so and ask for the name or approximate date used at the time of the original inquiry, since that's the only way to find it in a small, mostly manual filing system.

We will not act on a request that is really someone else's — a spouse, a business partner, a competitor — asking about a third party's booking. We only respond to the person whose name is on the record, or to a written request from that person naming a representative.

Send the request

Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion

Fill in enough detail for us to find the original record — the phone number or email you used when you first wrote in is usually enough. This form only handles data requests; a booking inquiry belongs on the contact page or the relevant session page instead.

What are you asking for
Enter your name so we know who's writing.
Enter an email address that actually reaches you.
Enter a phone number we can call back.
Enter the address or area the session should happen near.

We reply within ten working days, by email or phone, whichever you used when you wrote in.

01

Write instead, if you prefer

A letter or a short email works exactly the same as the form. Send it to 127 Cedar Court, Austin, Texas 78904, or to office@tipunaqe.com, and say plainly whether you want a copy, a correction or a deletion.

02

What we will not do

We will not delete a record still needed for an open booking, and we will not act on a request we cannot verify came from you. We will always say which of those applies rather than stay silent.

Advertising identifiers

What the ad platforms hold is separate from this form

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads when a campaign runs, read click identifiers such as gclid, msclkid and fbclid from the URL when you arrive from an ad, and they hold their own copies of that measurement data under their own retention rules, not ours. To reach Microsoft's handling of that data directly, use the Microsoft privacy statement. This studio's own consent settings, covering Consent Mode and the storage categories involved, are on the privacy policy.
